I just had to scrap these pics of my silly son wearing his sister's Mary Janes. It is a huge obsession of his right now. He's actually standing next to me right now asking me to put them on him!
(Supplies-except for the Scenic Route letter stickers from my stash- are all from the Cornucopia kit - only 3 left! This is such a great kit to scrap all your fall and Thanksgiving pics!)

My Guys....

There is a new challenge going on over at Noel Mignon's blog. Check it out HERE. The challenge is to scrap lift THIS incredible LO by Anne Marie Teo. I decided on a picture of my hubby and son from Disney World. They were obviously sitting in front of me watching the stunt show and I thought it was so sweet when my husband put his arm around Kyle. It does my heart good! I used some pieces of Noel's newest kit called Winter Weather. It worked on this non Christmas LO pretty well! (The kit is ALREADY sold out!!! ) If you would like to participate in the challenge, it runs through 11/28! So hurry, get scrappin!

The Winter Kit

This pic is from 4 years ago and I am just now getting around to scrapping it.
YIKES! but i am glad because this winter kit was PERFECT for it. See if you don't get around to scrapping a pic right away don't stress it may not be the right papers. that is how i justify it anyway :)

If you didn't get a kit this go around I am sorry but they are sold out.
Check back here for more inspiration from the DT using this kit if you were lucky enough to score one.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

In Your Eyes

I did this LO with a bunch of leftovers from kits. The papers were from the Home Sweet Home and Cotton Candy kits. The thickers, felt, crocheted flowers, stickers, and other thickers are all available in the store. :) TFL!!

And although this kit is sold out, I still hope this mini I made inspires you to create something festive too!

"Mama" - Need a Lift Challenge!

So, if you haven't checked out the challenge this time, you need to skedaddle on over there and check it out, because it is SO inspirational!

As soon as I saw Anne Marie's layout that we had to lift, I was excited to sit down and play with it.

Mine certainly doesn't compare to her amazing layering skillz, but it was fun to play!

(My layout isn't on that white background, it's just the shape, but I photographed it on the white background so it would show up.)

(All of this was from the yummo Cornucopia kit! Only four left, y'all!!)

Just in Case Ya Missed.....

Our Harvest Crop over at the Message Board! Here are some of the LO's I created for all of the fun challenges! The first one here was my challenge to create your own homemade embellishment. So as you guessed, I made this turkey! I used papers from Noel's Home Sweet Home kit and my punches.
This is my girlfriend and I from the 80's and now. Yep....a blast from the past! The big permed hair, acid washed jeans, boat shoes, cuffing your jeans.......ahhhhhh memories......
The challenge was to use the word remember in your LO. ( I used the Cornucopia kit for this LO)

Get out your sunglasses for this LO! This VERY bright sweatshirt belongs to my son! Who really cooks in a sweatshirt anyway? LOL!
This was a challenge to use the word Home, brown paper and hand written journaling. (ugh, I hate my writing! And I am a sad!)

This last LO was for the paper only challenge. This was a tough one because I am a "stuff" kind of girl. So I had to improvise! I made the tree out of paper, added a bit of journaling.....
And BTW, these are "my guys" on Christmas morning last year, PJ's, bedhead, and all!
If you haven't visited the Message Board yet, go sign up! We have so much fun over there, and you never know what Noel and the other gals are cooking up!

If you had a busy week and weren't able to make it over, you MUST check out the Harvest the Crop challenge threads on the Message Board. So much inspiration to be had over there. Here a few more layouts I was able to complete.

You are Home to Me

I did this with the ever-so-lovely Cornucopia kit for Michelle's challenge for our online crop going on!

Cute October Afternoon rub ons on top of patterned paper:
I thought this key-hole went along well with my "home" theme.
