I don't know about y'all, but at our house, I feel like I watch more Nick Jr. and Disney than anything else! LOL
Of course, I'm constantly looking for inspiration, and I have always loved the words to the theme song for the show "Backyardigans." That's where I got my journaling & title for this layout I made for the two-page layout challenge!
I used that cool die cut paper and a page from the Maya Road album (to make the tree)
from the Eyes of Blue kit. I love how the die cut paper has the holes already punched in the scallops!
I was greatly inspired by Gretchen McElveen for this layout... she rocks the two pagers and I figured- why try to reinvent the wheel when I can get ideas from the creative genius?! I love how she often backs her letters with pieces of patterned paper, so I had to tr that this time around too.
(This was created with the Five Foot Two and Eyes of Blue kits! There's still a couple of Eyes of Blue kits available, if ya want to snag one up- they are super cute!)
Were you one of the lucky ones that was able to grab one of the "Day By Day" kits? If you were, you might want to think about signing up for my companion class.
I'm providing you with instructions and techniques, ideas for how to record your year with detail (but also with ease!), and some exclusive printables. This is so much more than a planner- it's a memory keeping device and organizer for all those layouts about moments, events, and day to day living. I have some fun ideas and techniques to help you utilize this planner to its extreme!
