Back to School with Show & Tell

Howdy Peeps! I'm back with another project life page using the oh so fabulous Show & Tell Daily Diary Kit. This week the Design Team is Back to School. We are teaching a technique that we hope inspires you. I used a 12x12 pocket page that has 3x3 pockets. Decorating smaller squares can be challenging. I have found that layering smaller embellishments can give you some depth without bulk. Here's my whole page ...

I used a variety of small embellishments from stickers to cut aparts to puffy stickers from Crate Paper and layered them on the cards.

Several of the cards have gold triangle vellum over the patterned paper - it softens the look and adds pops of gold.

This last card has lots of small embellishments but it doesn't compete with the photo ...
