In the photo, my daughter is wearing my favorite apron. I used it as inspiration in putting together the colors and papers for this page.
QUEEN OF THE KITCHEN
I placed the photo on the orange Echo Park "Pumpkins" paper leaving a larger border at the bottom, similar to a polaroid picture. To the right of this photo mat, I layered on a bunch of little flowers and bits in the corner for some fun detail.
To the right of the photo, I tucked in one of the 6x8 cut apart pages. I used the page as a place for my journaling on top of a fun mixed letter title (smaller letter stickers are from the Golden Delicious Daily Diary Kit). I used the cut apart Evalicious labels, chipboard pieces, brads, and phrase stickers (also from the Daily Diary Kit) to create a little scene around the title. This was so much fun to put together!
HAPPY CAMPER
On this second page, I used the Golden Delicious Classic kit (sorry, sold out) to create an outdoorsy page.
At the top, I used a metal die and a stamp from my stash to create the layered tabs. It was the perfect spot to add the date!
I cut out the squirrel from the Imaginisce "Green Hill" paper and adhered him to the page with foam squares. He looks so cute accenting my photo (and covering all of that boring extra white space in the image).
The title was cut out on my Silhouette Cameo machine using an image from their shop. I cut the words twice, trimmed out every letter, and then adhered those letters to the first word layer with foam squares for dimension. The brad, sequins, and heart die cut from the kit add a little bit of fun.
See the brown paper that I used for the word "Camper?" That is actually from the product packaging for the Imaginisce stickers. It looks great here with the other patterns on the page.
The yellow journal spot, leaves, and "So Thankful" circle were all cut from cards included with the Golden Delicious Daily Diary Kit.
Thanks for coming by today! REMEMBER: Tonight is the Kit Reveal Party over on Facebook! I can't wait to see the December kits!!! I hope to see you there!
