Taking a trip down Memory Lane

Hello everyone,
I am so honored to be a part of the Noel Mignon Design Team this month!

I was so thrilled when I opened my kit to find an abundance of papers and goodies in my most favorite color combination....aqua and red. So, as you could imagine, I couldn't wait to get started!

I have had these photos of my precious Grandma Ann for sometime, waiting for the perfect inspiration to scrap them. Memory Lane was the perfect kit to get my ideas flowing on how to best display these photos and my grandpa's love of cars :)

The flowers were created by using the Scenic Route acrylic stamps in the kit to stamp flower images on patterned papers. After crumpling the flowers to give a distressed feel, I layered the red flowers using pop dots for the top layer to add dimension. As a finishing touch...buttons and rhinestones were added to the centers of each flower.

The next layout was my first creation out of the kit. I just adore poppies and had to cut them out to layer on this page. As you can see I used a lot of the papers in the kit as layers and adorned the poppies with rhinestones. Well, that's all for this week! I have more to share next Monday. Have a wonderful holiday and I hope you find some time to create today!

:) Tessa Ann

Welll, these are AMAZING....period...end of sentence!

The way you worked with that stamp is really cool! And I love the way you tied the lace at the bottom. Your detail is beyond.... yeah....beyond.

Swoon!!! :)
