Banners are still all the rage right now. Most people think that banners can only be placed on a page vertically. But wait! There are also pennents which face horizontally. Those are a type of banner as well. I wanted this layout to be fun since the pictures themselves are silly. I cut out a small triangle from several of my papers and created stacked pennants on both side of my pictures. It creates a unique frame as well as adds movement, texture, and whimsy.
