Harry Potter

I just love this photo of my son last Halloween and it has been sitting on my desk for the last few months just begging me to scrap it! So I dug out my Scenic Route "Salem" kit and got busy. I like how the top 2 papers are grunged up. I used the Heidi Swapp edge distresser to get that look. I also sewed a zig zag stitch around the 3 sides to try and make it look a bit spookier. The letter stickers are from Scrapworks, as well as the small blackbird. And the tiny letters are from Making Memories. I inked a small piece of grungeboard for under the bird. In the lower right I added a couple of left over MM Halloween brads I had in my stash and the chipboard and journaling spot are in the Salem kit. I just outlined the journaling spot with a black pen so it popped against the orange frame right next to it.
