Sketchy Friday!

Hey there!  Friday FINALLY!  Right?  So excited that Summer is coming so quickly!

Last weekend I got the chance to scrap a layout using a photo that was taken by Alyson's teacher AND using the playdate kit!  The bright colors just called out school to me!  So I scrapped a photo of Alyson on the one-hundreth day of school posing with zero the Hero -- and if you are a mom to a kindergartener then you will probably know who he is.

Well he made his visit to A's class and her teacher was awesome enough to take a photo.  Here is the layout I put together.

I am in love with the Coredinations/Jenni B paper.  My only complaint is that it is messy!  But I guess the end result is worth it.

I used an apple from a minibook I had by maya road.

I believe the fabric paper is from a previous Noel kit.  It is by Prima.  I cut 2 strips and then stitched them together to make pleats.

And here you have the sketch!  Please be sure to link it here if you use it - I would love to see it!

Have a lovely weekend!
Michelle
