It's All About the Hair....
Last year I dressed up as Cruella DeVille from 101 Dalmations. My 5th graders LOVED that! Everyone was convinced that I had a wig on.......nope.....my real hair ratted and sprayed white and black! (Yep....took a few washings! LOL) I used Noel's 31st kit. (sold out). Love Halloween and truly love this kit! Remember to check out the November peeks and get in on the preordering!!
