I don't know about anyone else but I absolutely love spring! Now the pollen is an entirely different topic all together but I digress...
Every year I look forward to the day when my favorite nursery opens so I can wander through all of the beautiful flowers envisioning all of the color I can add to my yard...especially after the very long winter we had this year! I always make sure to take a picture of my cart full of flowers - all of those flowers together are just gorgeous :)
This is a pretty simple spread using the Spring Fling Daily Diary Kit (only 2 left!) As I've said before, the kits are designed so that you don't really have to think much about your pages. Everything is right there for you!

Monkey Bars - 1, Addie - 0
Hey all! I'm back with a couple pages from the Spring Fling Daily Diary kit along with some elements from the Let's Get Lost Kits. And since my daughter broke her arm last week I thought it fitting to do a couple pages on that!
I started with a main page using patterned paper from the Let's Get Lost Classic kit and paired it with elements from the Spring Fling Daily Diary kit. I thought the "You Are Brave" pennant banner from the Let's Get Lost kit (Daily Diary kit I believe) was fitting for this page.
I also created a pocket page to go along with it with additional photos using the Spring Fling Daily Diary Kit. The colors of the kit matched perfectly with Addie's new cast ;)

Camping in the Uintas - Let's Get Lost DD
This weeks theme of adventure is perfect for my continuation of last weeks camping trip pictures. Every year we go camping with friends and I always take WAY too many photos. I got a lot of them recorded this week in pocket pages and with a smattering of journal cards, stickers, and washi tape from the daily diary kit I'm about half finished. ;)
I cut a few of the cards apart and placed this over my photo with some of the puffy stickers and washi. The faux leather badges are so fun! I added one on a printed 3x4 card over the top of a camera. I placed it so the bird that was perched on the camera looked like it was standing on the badge.
The next page I used a 4x6 card, a transparency overlay, and letter stickers to make a my title. I ended up cutting the transparency to fit the card and stapled it to the card.
I always start a spread by printing my photos first and placing them in the pockets. I then fill in with journaling, a title, and a few embellishments in the other pockets.

A little side story: while camping last summer we had a little pine tree in the middle of our camp that looked like a Christmas tree and we ended decorating it as such. Crazy . . . but so us! This explains the little card on the next page that I made and placed some of the enamel dots on for ornaments.
The card that looks blank in the full photo is actually a transparency that I cut to fit the pocket.
That is all I got for this week. I hope you all are enjoying the kits as much as I am!

Happy Scrapping!

Delightful Classic Kit- February Memories
Even though I have the Classic Style kit this month, I thought I'd use some of it in my Project Life/Daily Diary style album. I love mixing things up like this, especially by playing with proportions!
I'm not doing pocket style pages all the way... it's more of a mini album, loosely done in a pocket style fashion. I like the flexibility of this a lot and I do not do weekly spreads, but more of a loose flow to our days.
By working in this style, I can make a lot of "mini layouts," which makes room for the type of layering I like to do.
Are you in the kit reveal group? We'll be having some fun surprises tomorrow night... make sure you join!

Celebrate 15
Happy New Year everyone!! I'm excited to be playing with the Little Bird Daily Diary kit this week! My oldest daughter's birthday was on Monday so the kit was perfect for documenting that day.
I'm amazed I managed to put '2017' instead of 2016!!
I've mentioned in the past that I don't do the 'traditional' pocket pages, as in I don't do weekly spreads. I usually do my pages in 1 of 2 ways - 1) either I'm documenting a particular month and I'll do a left to right spread which will go in my family's scrapbook or 2) I'll document a particular event or trip and my page will be either just the front side or a front and back page so that I can slip it into whatever scrapbook it needs to go in.
In the case of this particular page I made today, it will go in my daughter's scrapbook mixed in with traditional scrapbook pages, so I made the page front and back so it can easily slip in her album.
I did a mix of color and black and white photos since some of my photos were taken at Red Robin where we went for my daughter's birthday dinner and the colors clashed big time and were a distraction on my page.
I also added a funny meme I found the day of her birthday and a photo of her and I after she was born. Amazing how time flies!!

elf antics
Merry Christmas Eve-Eve all, Michelle here! I thought today since there's just 2 days until Christmas it would be fun to do a page or 2 about our Elf of the Shelf - Buddy. So I went through some photos from 2 yrs ago and pulled out the Oh What Fun Daily Diary kit along with one of my page protectors that has all 3x4 photos.
It was fun going through all of these memories...I had forgotten some of the cute little things Buddy had done that year ;)
The design team was challenged this week to use 3 different types of embellishments which wasn't too hard at all! There are always lots of choices with the kits each month. On some of the journaling cards I added an embellishment like a 3D sticker or wood piece, on other I simply left them as is.
Btw, right after I finished this page my 5 yr old had lots of fun looking at all of the photos :)

A Recipe for a Fall Pocket Page
Hello Everyone! Lynn here hoping you all survived Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday! Did you score any good deals? I was tempted but settled with a BOGO calendar for Christmas gifts.
Today I'm sharing my final pocket page with the "All Fall" Daily Diary Kit. Our challenge this week is a fun one! It's a recipe challenge. Here are the ingredients we incorporated into our projects:
1 - sheet cardstock
2 - alphabets
3 - photos
4 - patterned papers
5 - embellishments
Here's my whole page.
I used my vintage typewriter for my journaling this week.
For my 1 sheet of cardstock I cut up a piece of cream cardstock and used it under my photos. 2 different alphabets can be seen on the following card.
3 photos was easy peasy. I printed my photos on my Instax Printer for cute polaroid type pics.
4 patterned papers was another easy peasy ingredient - plaid, floral, wood grain and burlap.
5 Embellishments: Simple Stories Clips, Cardstock Stickers, Enamel Dots, Die Cut Shapes and Washi Tape.
Here's the last few close ups. How cute is this bear ...
And the final two cards.
Thanks so much for stopping by today and checking out our latest challenge. Hope you join us and create something with this recipe!!
Have a great week and I'll be back next week with a new page with a brand new kit!!

My showcase is in the form of journaling and then I will share Thanksgiving pics next week. Here's my page using more Simple Stories "Hello Fall" products.
Here's the title card - I used one of the fun Simple Stories paper clips to embellish the title card.
Love the adorable fox included in this collection.
I printed my photos using the Collect App.
Here's my journaling about my family's Thanksgiving Traditions. Next week I'll document current Holiday photos!
Here's the final card.

All Fall: Pumpkin Patch Pocket Page
Good morning, creative friends! Jana Eubank here. Tonight it is supposed to snow in my town and that makes me a bit sad ... I'm not ready to give up the beautiful Autumn days just yet! Good think I can relish in them with my Noel Mignon All Fall Daily Diary Kit and All Fall Classic Kit.
I combine these kits together, along with a few elements from last month's Falloween Daily Diary kit, on the blog today to create a 3-page pocket page spread about my family's visit to the pumpkin patch last year.
GRATEFUL
These orange patterned buttons included in the Classic Kit this month are too cute! I think I used one on almost every card in this spread!

GRATEFUL
I love it when Noel adds Simple Stories to the kits ... it is one of my most favorite paper companies! I especially love the colors, patterns, icons, and typography in this year's fall line that they did.
I used this blue bordered card to create my title card for this pocket page spread ... adding in a couple of die cuts. I also accented it with a few dimensional embellishments, the buttons from the Classic Kit and the enamel dots.
I can't get enough of these tiny phrase stickers in the kits! I used the woodgrain Pebbles phrase stickers in combination with the Simple Stories phrase stickers from last month's Daily Diary kit to accent several of my photos.
Our challenge this week was to use the word "family" somewhere on our project. I used the Echo Park oval die cut on the top right photo, clustering it with a Simple Stories die cut flower grouping and more phrase stickers.
These orange patterned buttons included in the Classic Kit this month are too cute! I think I used one on almost every card in this spread!
A few stickers accent these photos and then the bottom journaling card gets a bit of dimension with another orange button, combined with a wood button from last month's kit.
I used all of the fun Simple Stories products on this third page in the spread, as well.
The enamel dots and buttons add the perfect amount of dimension to each card or photo.
The plaid washi tape from last month's kit mixes in flawlessly with these products again. I added a narrow length of it to the bottom of two of my photos for additional color, trimming off the excess hanging over the edges.
I created the large journaling card myself, adhering a trimmed white notebook card from my stash on top of the patterned side of one of the Simple Stories 4x6 cards in the All Fall Daily Diary kit. A few Simple Stories stickers (from the Falloween Daily Diary Kit), die cuts, and a button dress it up for the season.
I love how this page came together! Have you documented some of your fall memories yet?
See you next time!
